The Centre Of Science And Technology (COSAT) is community high school situated in the heart of Khayelitsha, in Cape Town. The project has been running since 1999 under the co-ordination of Estelle Van Schoor. The core purpose of the project was to empower previously disadvantaged individuals from the Cape Flats.
