Organization
- The Communauté d'agglomération du Beauvaisis defines the offer of transport (lines, frequency of passing ...), defines tariff policy, supports the large investment and management control of the operator.
- CABARO advises and informs the community of agglomeration, manages the network, ensure its smooth operation and implement all the elements that may contribute to the development and use of public transport: training staff, quality, trade policy, general studies.

Buses
The bus transit serves Beauvais and some of the neighbouring towns. The network consists of 16 urban routes numbered from 1 to 14. Sundays and public holiday service consists of 3 routes (11A, 11B et 11C).
Modifications
Septembre 2009
- Since 31, two more lines are operated:
- Route 13 : Mairie - Auneuil
- Route 14 : Mairie - Haut Villé
- Other lines were strengthened or extended:
- Route 5 : Mairie - Bois du Parc - (Fouquenies)
- Route 8 : Mairie - Bracheux - France-Glaces/Délie - (Villers) - (Allonne-Église)
- And a new bus was created:
- Tillé Île De France - Route 12.
Septembre 2010
Since 30 some routes were modified or extended:
- Route 4 serves now the new medical center via a new stop "Maidstone"
- Route 6 serves the Institut polytechnique LaSalle.
- Route 7 starts now from Mairie at 645 and 755 instead of Rimbaud stop.
- Route 7 starts from Europe at 650 and serves Mairie at 734
- Route 8 doesn't serves Marissel neighborhood anymore, except at noon and early-evening.
- Route 9 doesn't follow the route 2 journey anymore after Hostivas stop, and so doesn't serves École Maternelle, Pontoise, Saint Esprit and Caurroy anymore, and finishes at Longue Haye, allowing a correspondence with route 7.
- The Navette LaSalle has a new journey at 2210 on Sundays, starting from Gare SNCF.
- Routes T2 and T5 merges into T25.
October 2010
Following the closure of Paris Bridge,[1] routes 1, 2, 3, 9 will have a new journey and new timetable for 120 round trips a day. This closure will extend the routes of 100 km a day and will cost about 80000 euros per year to the transport Authority.[2]

Since 11 March 2010, the Communauté d'agglomération du Beauvaisis has open a demand responsive transport, which operates on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, from 7 to 19. Users need to reserve their journey, and the minibus will catch them at their requested stop. This service costs a zone 1 ticket price, and allows correspondences which every routes. 74 stops are served:
