Corizus hyoscyami is a species of scentless plant bugs belonging to the family Rhopalidae, subfamily Rhopalinae.

Description
Size is about 9 millimetres (0.35 in) long. It is a plant feeder. This species, as all scentless plant bugs, lack well-developed scent glands and can be distinguished by numerous veins in the membrane of the hemelytra, characteristic of all Rhopalidae family.
In Corizus hyoscyami subs. hyoscyami the abdominal tergites 3rd and 4th are red, while in Corizus hyoscyami subs. nigridorsum they are completely black. The dorsum colors are visible in elitrale transparency under the membrane.
Distribution
C. hyoscyami subs. hyoscyami is found in most of Europe. Corizus hyoscyami subs. nigridorsum is present in Spain, Italy, Morocco and Tunisia.
