The Small Dark Yellow Underwing (Coranarta cordigera) is a moth of the Noctuidae family. It can be found in parts of Europe, mainly in the North. In Central and Southern Europe it is only found in mountainous areas. In the Alps for instance, it is found up to heights of 2,200 meters.

The wingspan is 21–26 mm. The moths fly from May to June in one generation depending on the location.

The caterpillars feed on Vaccinium uliginosum and Arctostaphylos uva-ursi.
