Early life
Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi was Born in Hyderabad to Sultan Salahuddin Owaisi , an Indian politician and Member of Parliament from Hyderabad for six consecutive terms until stepping down in 2004 in favour of his elder son. He did his schooling from Hyderabad Public School and Intermediate from St. Mary's Junior College, Hyderabad. He completed his graduation in B.A. from Nizam College, Osmania University, and LL.B (London), Bar-At-Law (Lincolns Inn), England.[4]
Political career
Son of late Sultan Salahuddin Owaisi, a dynamic leader in his heyday, Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi evinced interest in politics right from his student days.
Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi is the president of All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimmen (AIMIM). He takes up the party responsibilities after the demise of his father Sultan Salahuddin Owaisi in 2008.
Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi has been playing key role in the politics of Andhra Pradesh through running All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) as strong as his father and maintaining strong hold in Hyderabad. The All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) has been on a success run in and around Hyderabad under his leadership. Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi strengthened the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) through attracting more youth into the party fold.
Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi is representing Hyderabad constituency in Lok Sabha, Lower House of the Indian Parliament Since 2004 when his Father Sultan Salahuddin Owaisi who also served as the Member of Parliament from Hyderabad constituency for six consecutive terms step down in his favour and decided to continue with dynastic politics. Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi made his political debut into the Lok Sabha from the Hyderabad constituency by defeating his nearest rival G.Subash Chanderji of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) with a margin of 100,145 votes. It was the seventh straight victory of the All India Majlis-e Ittihad al-Muslimin (AIMIM) in the Hyderabad seat.
All India Majlis e Ittehadul Muslimeen’s supremo Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi secured a place among the Top 10 MP’s asking questions in in the 14th Lok Sabha with fiery 1001 questions, like the Indian Democracy, Questions concerning the Indian Secularism, Questions about the Muslim’s freedom, Questions about the Corrupt State Machinery and much much more…
He was also a member of the Andhra Pradesh legislative assembly for ten years before becoming a Member of Parliament. He was elected to the AP state assembly from the Charminar constituency of Hyderabad in 1995 and 1999. He was also the floor leader of the AIMIM in the Andhra Pradesh state assembly.

Attempted Assasination of his Brother
His brother, MLA Akbaruddin was allegedly shot at by youngest nephew of Mohammed Pehalwan and his associates in Hyderabad on 30 April 2011. While he was visiting the constituency of Chandrayangutta for which he is a MLA since 1999. [6]
