She is the third born child of Mr. Samuel Kofie who hails from (Osenase) and Madam Mary Angamah of blessed memory who hailed from Axim.
Rev. Amuaben, has traveled to over 14 countries preaching the Word of God. She was also the hostess of “PRECIOUS HOUR” a weekly program telecast on TV3 in Ghana, on the Internet Radio Station thepiperadio.com and is a spokeswoman at various conferences through which a lot of souls have been worn for Christ.

Early life and career
Born in Axim, Rev (Mrs.) Colleen Opoku-Amuaben had her elementary school education at a local institution. And further went to the Women’s Training Institute between 1979 and 1981 where she was trained in fashion. In her quest for more skills and exposure she went to Nicosia Special Fashion School in Cyprus between 1983 and 1985 where she improved upon her skills and became a fashion designer.
Rev (Mrs.) Colleen Opoku-Amuaben returned to Ghana and has been involved in the operation of numerous businesses. She is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Limanjess Company Limited operating a supermarket, pharmacy, cement/block factory, poultry farming, and boutique among others. She is also the managress of Kingdom Filtered Water Company.
Rev (Mrs.) Colleen Opoku-Amuaben is also the proud hostess of a popular radio program Ntsease on Channel R (92.7fm) since 1999. Rev (Mrs.) Amuaben, felt the call of God in her life at a very tender age but accepted Christ early on. and was helping great men and women of God in their ministries with her diverse gifts of singing and supporting financially. She finally accepted the call upon her life and had her Bible school education at the Bible for All Nations institute between 2000-2001 studying:
Social Projects
Save Them Young Mission Incorporated
This is a non-governmental organization aimed at assisting the needy children, street children, orphans and children from all works of life. It has been in existence since 1995 and being of immense help to these children.
The orphanage is taking care of 65 children in Ghana, and a branch in Congo is taking care of 150 children.
New Liberian Women Skilled Training Centre
This is also founded by Rev. Mrs. Colleen Opoku Amuaben, at the Budumburam Camp, which is hosting the Liberians in the country Ghana, due to war in their own County.
This establishment is also funded by Mrs. Amuaben in training the women who are members in batik-making, sewing, hairdressing, among other skills.
Women of Passion
This is a spiritually motivated club that gathers women in the Ministry of the vineyard and up and coming Church Leaders. It’s aimed at helping the women to stand firm in the Lord and also performing their duties both in the Ministry and Family to promote the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth.
The women are taught the Word of God and those with problems are shared and solutions sought for among themselves. In totality it is helping women to leave their shells and promote God in their daily activities.
NTEASE program
This is a radio program (on Channel R 92.7) hosted by Rev. Mrs. Colleen O. Amuaben. For 6 years it has influenced a lot of people in their marriage, social,cultural and pastoral lives.
