Colin Duffy

Colin Duffy is the most recognisable name and face among dissident republicans in Northern Ireland according to BBC.[1] He is a former IRA prisoner from Lurgan, County Armagh.[2] Colin Duffy is currently awaiting trial for the shooting dead of two British Soldiers in March 2009 in County Antrim (2009 Massereene Barracks shooting). In 1995 he was jailed but later acquitted of the murder of a British UDR Soldier & two years later he was charged with shooting dead two RUC men in Lurgan town centre but the charges were later dropped.[3] [4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15]
