Coherent Solutions[1] is a software development outsourcing company with headquarters in Minneapolis, MN, and an offshore development office in Minsk, Belarus. The company provides software development services with a focus on Microsoft, Java and other technologies for Web, Mobile, and Integration solutions.[2] Since 2006[3] Coherent Solutions has been a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner.[4]

Coherent Solutions was founded in 1995 in Minneapolis, MN by Igor Epshteyn.[5] In 2003 he established a development center in Minsk, Belarus. Coherent's Minneapolis office is responsible for sales, account management, and front-end consulting onsite with its customers. The company’s Minsk office performs software design, development, testing, and maintenance.[6]

In Minsk Coherent Solutions operates under the name 'Issoft Solutions'. In 2007 the company became a member of Belarus High Technologies Park.[7]
