Forrest A. Coburn (born 1848, died l Dec. 1897) was an architect in Cleveland, Ohio. He partnered with Frank Seymour Barnum in 1878 to establish the Coburn & Barnum that lasted until 1897. W. Dominick Benes and Benhamin S. Hubbell joined the firm to form Coburn, Barnum, Benes & Hubbell for 1 year before departing in 1897 to establish their own firm.[1]
