J.E. Gray, 1868Clypeola tenuis is a species of small sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Calyptraeidae, the slipper snails, Chinese hat snails and cup-and-saucer snails. It is found in New Zealand. The shell of this species is 6 mm in size.
