Mission Genre Nightlife Headquarters Leeds, West Yorkshire Owner(s) Terry George Website http://www.clubmission.com/ Club Mission is a late-licensed nightclub located in Leeds city centre[1]. Spanning six railway arches and with a legal capacity of 920, the club has a unique underground feel which creates an "electric atmosphere"[2] for clubbers who travel from all over the UK to attend its events.
Mission hosts some of the UKs biggest club nights including Godskitchen, Glasshouse, Tribal Sessions and Federation.[3] Also, the KissdaFunk night was first launched at Mission.
The club has three main dance rooms, a VIP room and an outdoor terrace, which is one of the only licensed terraces in the city meaning you can take your drinks outside at any time. Mission has the capability to operate as two separate venues as there is an entrance on Lower Briggate for the after-hours and gay events, Mission 2.
The club's main focus is House music with flagship nights on Saturdays including big name DJ's and brands from across the world. The club also caters for the large student population of Leeds during the week and hosts one of the biggest student nights in the Leeds every Thursday night. During the summer months of 2010 the club received substantial investment and has secured more big names on the 2011 line up.
