Heteroclinus marmoratus, known commonly as the Slender weedfish in Australia,[2] is a species of clinid in the genus Heteroclinus.[3] It is a subtropical blenny found around Australia, in the eastern Indian Ocean.[3] It was named by C.B. Klunzinger in 1872, originally under the name Clinus marmoratus,[4] and can reach a maximum length of 14 centimetres.[3]
