Civic City

Civic City

Civic City is a fictional city appearing in DC Comics. At one point it was home to the Justice Society of America (All Star Comics, 1949).[1]

"'Civic City'" is a name considered by writer Bill Finger for the location eventually known as Gotham City [2]
