CSS is a body of the European Commission that assists citizens on ascerting their EU rights. The service is free of charge, and queries are replied by legal experts in the European citizens' own language. Citizens will be advised on ways of obtaining a solution to their problem, or referred to the Solvit network for effective problem-solving.
