In 2004, Circa Metals acquired Scarborough, Ontario based Hydel Enterprises Ltd, a manufacturer of electric and gas meter products, from Electric & Gas Technology Inc^[3]. In 2006, Circa consolidated the operations of Hydel and Circa Metals in a new 99,000-square-foot (9,200 m²) manufacturing facility located in Vaughan, Ontario.
