Christopher Rajendran Hyman CBE (born 1963 in Durban, South Africa)[1]) is Chief Executive of Serco Group.

Early life
Born in Durban, he is the second of four children born into an Indian Pentecostal Christian family.[1] Hyman attended Gandhi Desai High School and the University of Natal.
Career
On graduation, he worked for Arthur Andersen. In 1989, he won an 18-month exchange with Ernst & Young in London, who employed him after four months.[1] Head hunted in 1994 by Serco, Hyman became European finance director, and in 1999 was made group finance director. In 2002, Hyman became chief executive.
Hyman was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in the 2010 Birthday Honours for services to business and charity.[2]
Racing driver
Hyman is a passionate racing fan and has competed in the past in the Formula Palmer Audi championship in 1999.
Personal life
Married to a fellow South African, the couple have two children. [1]
