Chon Kye-young (Hangul: 천계영; born October 12, 1970) is a South Korean manhwa artist. Her popular series Audition was adopted as Korean anime movie, and her other work, Girl in Heels, was serialized in Wink. Chon was Graduate of Ehwa Women University.
