Chizhovka-Arena Location Minsk, Belarus Broke ground July 2009 Opened No Capacity ~8,500 Chizhovka-Arena is a multi-use indoor arena in Minsk, Belarus that will start construction in July 2009. It will be used mostly for concerts, ice hockey and other indoor sporting events. The arena will have a capacity of ~8,500 people. It is listed as one of two main venues for the 2014 Men's World Ice Hockey Championships.[1]
The project of Chizhovka-Arena was changed several times. The final project was approved at July, 2010.
Chizhovka-Arena is not built yet. Currently it's planned to be finished in 2012 or later.
