China Beijing Environmental Exchange (CBEEX) is a corporate domestic and international environmental equity public trading platform initiated by the China Beijing Equity Exchange (CBEX) and authorized by the Beijing municipal government.
In June 2009, the CBEEX signed a deal with BlueNext to build a platform for carbon credit trade. BlueNext is Europe's largest carbon credit exchange and is owned jointly by NYSE Euronext and French state-owned bank Caisse des Dépôts.[1][2][3][4][5]
