Chilblain lupus erythematosus Classification and external resources ICD-10 L93.2 (ILDS L93.260) Chilblain lupus erythematosus (also known as "Chilblain lupus erythematosus of Hutchinson"[1]) is a chronic, unremitting form of lupus erythematosus with the fingertips, rims of ears, calves, and heels affected, especially in women.[2][3]
