This is a Chinese name; the family name is Tai.

Leslie Spencer Tai Cheuk-yin [1], commonly known as Tai Cheuk-yin[2] (戴卓賢), is the last chairman of the pro-Republic of China (Taiwan) Hongkongese political organisation 123 Democratic Alliance.

Tai contested in the Hong Kong Legislative Council by-election in 2010, but was unelected.
