Charles V. Paterno

Dr. Charles V. Paterno (1876–1946) was a New York City real estate developer.^[1] His work includes the following Manhattan residences:

• Castle Village
• Hudson View Gardens
• The Colosseum
• The Paterno^[2]

He is memorialized by the Paterno Trivium in the Hudson Heights neighborhood.^[3]
