Charles S. Cohen is the CEO of Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation (CBRC) and owns the four major design centers throughout the country – Pacific Design Center in Los Angeles, D&D Building in New York City, Decorative Center Houston in Texas and Design Center of the Americas in Florida.
Recently Cohen teamed up with Argentinean architect Cesar Pelli in developing the final phase of the 14-acre (57,000 m2) design and office campus for the Pacific Design Center, the Red Building.[1]
Previous work includes his redeveloping of the former Swiss Bank Tower into a multi-tenanted corporate center for Merrill Lynch, UBS Securities and Cargill.[1]
Cohen also served as lead Executive Producer on the Academy Award-nominated film Frozen River and is the author of TriviaMania, a Q&A quiz book that is a bible of movie-related information. He also created, directed and produced short, which was the recipient of a Kodak Movie Award.[1]
A graduate of Tufts University in 1974 and Brooklyn Law School in 1977, he resides in suburban Connecticut and New York City. Mr. Cohen is married and has four children.[1]
