Charisma Doll (カリスマ・ドール?) is a Japanese shōjo manga written and illustrated by Erika Kurahashi. Originally published in Shueisha in 2004, it deals with transsexual high school student.

Plot

High school first year Sara has a secret: She is in reality the super-popular singer Sara! However, as an idol her gender is kept a secret in order for her to sell her music and live a normal life at school, but it that what Sara really wants? Can Sara win what she wants and be who she wants to be, and what about love ...?
