Matthew Fox has been a part of the Lost regular cast since the first season.

The List of Lost cast members is a list of actors and actresses that are or were part of the cast of the American drama television series Lost.

The show consists of an ensemble cast, so far, a total of 28 actors have been credited as starring cast, these are Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Naveen Andrews, Nestor Carbonell, Henry Ian Cusick, Jeremy Davies, Emilie de Ravin, Michael Emerson, Jeff Fahey, Matthew Fox, Jorge Garcia, Maggie Grace, Josh Holloway, Malcolm David Kelley, Daniel Dae Kim, Yunjin Kim, Ken Leung, Evangeline Lilly, Rebecca Mader, Elizabeth Mitchell, Dominic Monaghan, Terry O'Quinn, Harold Perrineau, Zuleikha Robinson, Michelle Rodriguez, Kiele Sanchez, Rodrigo Santoro, Ian Somerhalder and Cynthia Watros.

In addition, in the series finale episode, "The End", several former recurring guest stars were listed in the starring cast among the other main cast members. They were Sam Anderson, L. Scott Caldwell, François Chau, Fionnula Flanagan, John Terry, and Sonya Walger.
