Chantal Jouanno (born 12 July 1969, Vernon, Eure, France) is a French politician, Minister of Sport in the third government of François Fillon since 14 November 2010. She has been Secretary of State for Ecology in the French Government of François Fillon from 21 January 2009 (she replaced Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet) to 14 November 2010.[1] She is a close ally of president Sarkozy and former president of ADEME.
She is a former karate champion, being twelve times French champion in her category.[2]
