Channel Islands Tunnel

The Channel Islands Tunnel is a proposed tunnel between Jersey and Northern France.

In July 2009, it was revealed that the States of Jersey were considering building a 14 mile long tunnel to connect the island with France and that talks would be held in September 2009 to ascertain whether it would be of local benefit. The proposition included a road and rail link.
