Certify Data Systems, Inc. is a healthcare information technology company that develops interoperability solutions designed to enable connectivity between healthcare entities such as integrated health organizations, hospitals, multi-specialty centers, clinics, laboratories, and physicians. Two primary components - Certify HealthDock and Certify Gateway - combine to create the Certify solution. Certify's proprietary technology includes features such as a Community Master Patient Index, HL7 Normalization, Electronic Medical Record EMR Enhanced Message Formatting, and a Bi-Directional Platform. The Certify solution delivers health information across the "last mile" of interoperability without changing hospital or physician workflows.

Certify was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in San Jose, Calif.
