Tupu

"Tupu" is an American children's animated show featuring the adventures of the fictional New York mayor's son, Norton, with a redheaded girl named Tupu in New York, especially Central Park. Tupu lives in the park and is semi-wild in a similar, though more developed in language and to a certain degree more civilised, manner to Donnie from The Wild Thornberries. Tupu lives with her friend, a squirrel, and also spends much time with Norton. Norton lives with his father and has a privileged life, being chauffered around town, especially to Central Park in a stretch limousine.

Tupu is chased by the Central Park guard , Shoobert Shoobz , that wants to prove her existence . He always fails in chatching her , and people think that he's mad because he pretended that a wild girl lives in the park .
