Theodoros Grig. Belitsos (Greek: Θεόδωρος Γρηγ. Μπελίτσος, born
1957 inAthens, Greece ) is a writer who focuses on history and folklore. He currently lives in suburbanNea Smyrni .Biography
Theodoros Belitsos was educated at the
Nea Smyrni Evangelic School and studiedchemistry at theAristotle University of Thessaloniki . In 1984 he became a teacher atMoudros Secondary School on Lemnos and then inPiraeus in 1987 and at theNea Smyrni Homereion Girl's School in 1989.From 1989, he began to write articles in periodicals and newspapers. He received the reprinting of the first study of the school and in 1994 the first book about
Lemnos . He wrote about the villages of Outer Mani where hisascendent s were from.He was awarded the Commended of the Historic Dictionary by the
Athens Academy for the work: "The material linguistic countil in Lemnos". He was also awarded by the Lemnian Council League ofAthens . He was a study of theLaconian Council Company and Imbros (Imroz) and Tenedos (Tenedoz) Study Council. He is married and has three children.Works
