The Vijay Mary High School, Bowenpally, is one of the oldest and most prestigious public schools in Bowenpally, Secunderabad in Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.

It was established in 1980 as a school for the members of the then Indian aristocracy. Children are schooled from pre-primary school through the 12th standard (age 3 to age 17). Instruction is provided on a wide range of subjects. The school is affiliated to the SSC( Andhra Pradesh State Board).

History

The Institution was first established in 1980 at Bno-189, Plassey Lines, Bowenpally then relocated to Center Point, Bowenpally. It was the first private school established in Bowenpally Cantonment Area. It is a co-educational school.

The school has grown immensely in strength since then and today, it has about 1000 boys and girls from diverse backgrounds on its rolls. It boasts an excellent library, well-equipped science and computer laboratories, art rooms, carpentry and book-binding workshops, a music room, and numerous sports facilities.
