Lennard Pearce (born 9 February 1915 in London - died 15 December 1984 in London) was an English actor who mostly worked in theatre. He is most notable for the role of "Grandad" in BBC sitcom "Only Fools and Horses".

Pearce studied drama at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, in London and performed for the Entertainments National Service Association during World War II. He appeared in many plays at the National Theatre including "Much Ado About Nothing" and "Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead". He was a notable trilby wearer.

On 15 December 1984, Pearce collapsed and died of a sudden heart attack at the age of 69 (just two months short of his 70th birthday) during the production of the "Only Fools and Horses" episode "Hole In One" – the episode was moved to later in the series, and scenes he had filmed on location prior to his death were re-shot with Buster Merryfield as the replacement character Uncle Albert.
