Noel Osborne is a Los Angeles based recording artist, producer, song writer, actor and C.E.O of O entertainment group inc.^{[citation needed]} Noel Osborne is best known^{[citation needed]} for his work on the Bran Van 3000 album Rosé in which Noel is referred to as a quantum producer.
