Noel Osborne is a Los Angeles based recording artist, producer, song writer, actor and C.E.O of O entertainment group inc.[citation needed] Noel Osborne is best known[citation needed] for his work on the Bran Van 3000 album Rosé in which Noel is referred to as a quantum producer.
