The Fort Worth and Western Railroad reporting mark|FWWR is a Class III short-line railroad headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas.

FWWR operates over 276 miles (444 km) of rail lines, primarily a main line from Carrollton, Texas, to San Angelo Junction, Texas (near Coleman), over both leased and owned lines and trackage rights, as well as various short lines in and around the Fort Worth area. FWWR also operates a steam excursion train, the Grapevine Vintage Railroad, also known as the "Tarantula" (which is also the name of FWWR's parent company), from the Grapevine, Texas, historic district to the historic Fort Worth Stockyards.
