Ratko Djokić

Ratko Djokić

Ratko Djokić, "The Godfather", arms dealer, cigarette smuggler, murdered May 5, 2003 (at age of 55) by Serbian hitmen Nenad Mišović hired by Rade Kotur, another known Serbian criminal.

Ratko was born in Montenegro and had turbulent life. He was champion in Yugoslavian car-races, manager for musicians, he was mixed in trade with cigarettes in Montenegro also. Some newspapers write that he was chef of security of Croatian ex-president Franjo Tudjman. Although newspapers from Montenegro write that he was killed because of speaking about smuggling of cigarettes (even in 2008 there is still court process in Italy against several politicians from ex-Yugoslavia about smuggling of cigarettes), man sentenced to life in prison, Nenad Mišović, said to journalists that Rade Kotur ordered killing of Ratko. Nenad said that reason was trying of Ratko to develop his gambling business which was in hands of Kotur in whole Sweden.

Daughter of Ratko, Aleksandra, is married with Milan Ševo, one more dangerous Serbian in Sweden.
