The website was started in 2001 by Barb Elgin, who is the founder of
Be A Success Enterprises . Elgin is a licensed in both Florida and Maryland as a clinical social worker. The website began because Elgin was unhappy with the lack of relationship resources for women. This website created a new forum for relationship coaching, and is one of the only websites with this type of focus.Barb Elgin
