Troy "TJ" Williams (born April 7, 1990 in Kenosha, Wisconsin) is currently a redshirt freshman at the University of Wisconsin [cite web|url=http://www.uwbadgers.com/sport_news/fb/bios/bio.html?athid=7360&deptid=111|title=Troy Williams Player Bio|accessdate=2008-10-06] . Williams a wide receiver for the Badgers, was the highest rated wide receiver in Wisconsin in 2007 (sixth highest rated player overall) [cite web|url=http://www.scout.com|title=Scout.com Recruiting Home page] .

High School Career

Williams played for Mary D. Bradford High School in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Williams denied the opportunity to participate in the 32nd Annual Wisconsin High School All Star Football Game. Williams was highly recruited out of high school because of his 4.37 40 yard dash time.

College Career

In 2008 Williams joined the Badgers and is currently redshirted for his freshman year.
