Skeletons is the second R&B single released by Stevie Wonder in 1988 from his "Characters" album.

Overview

"Skeletons" was released in the United States on April 29, 1988, and debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 at #51, and on the R&B charts at #1. Then it had debuted at #8 in the week of June 10, 1988.

Basically the song is another soul/R&B jam, which the narrator tells a story about someone (presumably a woman) about lies.

This has remained a popular R&B uptempo song for Stevie Wonder, as well receiving airplay from urban radio stations.
