History
The company was started by Jon Flatt in 2004 as an affiliate marketing company. As the company grew it attracted the attention of Red McCombs Enterprises. In 2005 Flatt partnered with Red McCombs, and at that time the company name became Red McCombs Media. In 2007 Red McCombs Media acquired MediaEngine to complement their technical capabilities. Since then the company has increased their service offerings to include display advertising, search engine marketing and limited web application services.
