Before the battle
Telemark and Oppland was already occupied by Vikar after the First battel Of Telemark when King Geirtjof was defetet and killed and Vikar`s kingdom was on it greatest, he had then both Telemar and Oppland under his controll. But Geirtjof was replasment king for Fridtjof, and some time after the battel Fridjof,innvaded Telemark and demanded that he gave him back the country and pay tribute. Vikar refused, and he and hes allied Óláf the Keen-eyed the king of Narke went to Telemark.
The Battle
It was a hard battle with a lot of men on both side, but in the end Fridjof surrendered and He and Vikar and Óláf the Keen-eyed , made and a agreement that they woued save his life and not make him a slave if he surrendered his kingdom, that he agreed to.
