"Wyeth v. Levine", Docket 06-1249, is a case to be heard by the United States Supreme Court to decide whether plaintiffs have a right to sue a pharmaceutical company for injuries or death from a medication approved by federal regulators.

Former Solicitor General Seth P. Waxman, now a partner at WilmerHale L.L.P., will argue the case for the petitioner.
