Fazıl Say (born
January 14 1970 ) is a world wide acknowledgedpianist andcomposer . He is the son ofAhmet Say , a noted Turkishmusicologist and writer.Biography
Born in
Ankara ,Turkey , Fazıl Say studied piano and composition at theAnkara State Conservatory . At the age of seventeen, he was awarded aGerman Academic Exchange Service scholarship that enabled him to study for five years with David Levine at theRobert Schumann Institute inDüsseldorf ,Germany . From 1992 to 1995, he continued his studies at theBerlin Conservatory . In 1994, he was the winner of theYoung Concert Artists International Auditions , which gave a rapid start to his international career.Currently, his international career goes down so absolutely swiftly because of his partial anxieties about politics.
