"RED CLIFF ~Kokoro Ikusa~" (RED CLIFF ~心・戦~; Heart, War) is the sixth Japanese single to be released by Chinese singer alan. It will be released on October 15, 2008. [http://alan-web.jp/info/release2.html] [http://www.amazon.co.jp/RED-CLIFF~%E5%BF%83%E3%83%BB%E6%88%A6~-alan/dp/B001E1TL72/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=music&qid=1220436633&sr=1-2] It is also the fourth single in her five-single elements set, representing Fire in the Japanese Godai and the Tibetan Bön. It is the Japanese-language theme song for the 2008 film, Red Cliff, for which alan has also done the Chinese theme song. The single will include two versions of the song, with one being an extended mix, an orchestral remake of "Ashita e no Sanka", and two instrumental tracks. On June 18, 2008, alan released the Chinese version, Xin Zhan ~RED CLIFF~, which bears a different tracklist than the Japanese version.
