St. Anthony's School, Ranchi

St. Anthony's School is located in Doranda, Ranchi (India); it is one of the premier school for education in Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) syllabus. The school is known for its discipline and hard working students. Started by Mr. J.V. Francis on 8 March 1971, the school has grown to a position of esteem in the capital.The present principal is Mr. C.A. Francis and Mrs.M.Cooke as its vice-principal. This school has AV Multimedia Lab for students,which helps them to study basically science and Maths subject.The school has also got an advanced computer lab which makes the learning of the subject easy.There are around 40 computers in the lab. The school has also got well equipped science labs.

The motto of the school is "Virtus et Labor". The Principal of the school is Mr. C.A.Francis and the Vice Principal is Mrs. M. Cooke.

The school started from a very small establishment on 08 March 1971, and is today one of the prime intitutions of Eastern India. Apparently there is no Old Boys' or Girls' Association yet. All old students are invited to begin.

There is an alumni association .There is a school anthem which all the students know it by heart: "Onwards forever Onwards"a very inspiring song....... The students coming out from this school...are well established in various fields and establishment.
