Official Microsoft Learning Products are used by an Official Microsoft Certified Training Partner and Microsoft Certified Instructor who deliver IT Training for Microsoft Products such as Microsoft Server 2008. Training is designed to teach new skills and provide validation of those skills through IT certifications such as the MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional).
Training modalities are as follows:
1. Instructor led training: This is a physical traditional classroom environment where a Microsoft Certified Instructor delivers instruction based on Official Microsoft Learning Products.
2. Self Paced Training: Sometimes refer to as elearning, this is a virtual classroom where a Microsoft Certified Instructor delivers instruction based on Official Microsoft Learning Products
3. Mentored Learning ModelThe Microsoft training and certification forum provides peer to peer feed back where the end goal of the forum application is to train an IT professional using a specific issues raised by users.
