Blaby railway station

Blaby railway station, on the Birmingham to Peterborough Line, served the village of Blaby, Leicestershire, England, but closed in 1968.

A campaign to re-open the station has recently started [http://www.thisisleicestershire.co.uk/news/train-want-station/article-336936-detail/article.html] . Preserved Bagnall fireless steam locomotive no. 2370 is being used to publicise the re-opening campaign.
