In both programs patients consume Smart for Life products six times a day with 8 oz of water. The calorie intake for the programs ranges from 800-1200 calories per day.

History

The Smart for Life companies were begun by Dr. Sasson Moulavi. The Smart Cookie consists of fiber, protein and amino acids.
