= iBank software =

iBank is personal finance software for users of Mac OS X. Developed by Dr. Ian Gillespie of IGG Software, the product is an alternative to Quicken, by Intuit, competing with several other Mac-only applications such as Cha-Ching and Liquid Ledger.

The current version, iBank 3, was written to run exclusively in Mac OS 10.5 (Leopard); iBank 2 was developed specifically for the previous Mac OS, 10.4 (Tiger). In its latest iteration, iBank leverages various aspects of the Mac OS, including Cover Flow, Quick Look, Core Animation and more. iBank also integrates with other Apple Inc. products, such as syncing with an iPhone via MobileMe.

iBank 3.2.1 was released on September 3, 2008.
