Wide Open Spaces is a 1947 Donald Duck short cartoon, produced by Walt Disney and directed by Jack King for Walt Disney Productions and RKO Radio Pictures.
ynopsis
A weary Donald pulls his car up to a motel in the wilderness. After finding that the only bed available is on the porch, and costs $16, he drives away to find a spot to set up his pump-up mattress.As typical, Donald does not have an easy night sleep as he desperately tries to pump the mattress and get some sleep. He inadvertently causes a rockslide that crushes his car and slips into the water. Finally Donald gets propelled all the way back to the motel, where he is charged the $16, but only spends a matter of seconds before being kicked off the bed.
