Simon Moritz Bethmann (born 26 March 1687, died 6 June 1725 in Nassau an der Lahn) was a German administrator.
Life
Simon Moritz Bethmann was the son of Nassovian Münzmeister Konrad Bethmann (1652–1701) and his wife Anna Elisabeth. He settled in Nassau an der Lahn and became an Amtmann for the House of Nassau-Weilburg. After his death, his sons Johann Philipp, Johann Jakob and Simon Moritz were brought up by his brother-in-law "Johann Adami" (1670–1745) in Frankfurt am Main.
